Notice of Filing
An application concerning the employment of one or more alien workers for the following permanent position will be filed with the U.S. Department of Homeland Security. This notice will be posted for 10 consecutive business days, ending between 30 and 180 days before filing the application for permanent employment certification.

POSITION TITLE: Registered Nurse
POSITION DUTIES: Perform plan of care intervention, including medication administration, specimen collection, clinical treatments, as well as other medical care treatment; document patient care given; monitor, record, and communicate patient condition as appropriate to care team, physician, patient, and family; assist patients with performing activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, elimination, nutrition, and ambulation; collaborate as needed across disciplines to coordinate patient care, including patient transfer, discharge, referral and spiritual/psychosocial support needs; evaluate learning needs of patient and/or family and provides patient/family education appropriate to age, culture, condition, and circumstances; work as an advocate for the physical and emotional well-being of the patient.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS: Requires Associate’s Degree in Nursing (U.S. or foreign equivalent degree), and full, unrestricted Texas Nurse License (RN), or passage of NCLEX exam or Certificate from CGFNS.
RATE OF PAY: at least $55,494.00 per year (Full-time)
