Thank you for choosing Paris Regional for your health care services. We are honored to be able to serve you and get you on the road to a healthier life. When you arrive for your services, it is important that you be prompt and prepared. Here’s what we need from you:

Before You Arrive

Please make sure you follow all guidelines prior to your appointment or procedure. These will be provided to you in advance. Bring anything you need from home with you when you come, including your driver’s license and insurance card(s).

Pre-Certification

Most insurance plans require pre-certification for non-emergency visits to the hospital. When we receive your insurance information from your doctor, we will reach out to them on your behalf for pre-certification.

When You Arrive

You will enter our main lobby through the first floor entrance and present yourself to the registration desk right beyond the doors. From there, you will be guided through the steps by a Paris Regional team member. Please be sure to bring your driver’s license, insurance card(s), and any other requested information – like a medication list, for example – with you when you arrive at registration.
